House-moves (Cheltenham) Featured as a Best Practice Case Study
Following their Bronze Award in The Negotiator Awards 2016 for South West Agency of the Year, House-moves have been featured as a best practice case study for students at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester studying property agency and marketing as part of their RICS accredited degrees in Real Estate and Rural Land Management.
Senior Tutor Matthew Smith, himself a Chartered Surveyor, chose to feature House-moves in one of his lectures because of their clear unique selling points of personable expertise, service excellence, competitive fee structure and customer facing flexibility.
Matthew says “I was really struck by the clear vision of the business and Joanna’s passion and enthusiasm for what she does. In what is traditionally a male dominated industry, Joanna provides a very positive role model for the growing number of young women seeking to qualify as property professionals”.
The session featured the variety of marketing methods used by House-moves ranging from leaflets and testimonials through to digital media, web sites and blogs such as this.
House-moves were pleased to support local education in real estate at RAU; after all, providing a friendly, professional and reliable service is what we do!
